Handmade in Italy
Each garment starts with a carefully selected denim base produced in China and is transformed by hand in Italy: fringes, labels, and details are applied one by one. This is why every piece is unique. The length and arrangement of the fringes, the position of the label, and small details may vary slightly from the photos. This is not a defect: it is the mark of craftsmanship.
On every garment you will find our signature: the genuine leather back label, handmade using salvaged leather scraps. For this reason, its color, shape, and position may vary from one garment to another.
Shipping
Shipping Each garment is finished by hand before dispatch: we ship it within 5–6 business days of your order via Poste Italiane, at a cost of €7.90. You will receive the tracking code by email.
Size exchange Doesn’t the size fit? Write to us within 14 days of delivery at info@theetichetta.com and we will exchange it for another size, subject to availability. Return shipping is at your expense, while the shipping of the new garment is covered by us.
Returns You can return the garment within 14 days of delivery by notifying us via email. The garment must be intact, unworn and unwashed, with the security seal still attached. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We will refund the amount paid, including shipping, within 14 days of receiving the garment. If the garment shows signs of wear or damage, the refund will be reduced based on the garment’s lower value.
Hair care
Do not machine wash: the genuine leather label may warp or bleed color onto the denim. We recommend dry cleaning at a specialist dry cleaner. Handle with love.

The measurements for each item are provided in centimeters in the description. The waist and hip measurements are the full circumference; compare them directly with your own measurements.
The model is 1.62 m tall, with a 65 cm waist and 90 cm hips.
